Chairman - Mr Eric Tan

Mr Eric Tan graduated with a Bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of Singapore in 1974.
He is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He had more than 35 years working experience which included senior positions in finance, corporate planning, human resource as well as in operations management in a telecommunication & transportation group listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).
Before his retirement in 2016, he was the CFO of a SGX listed subsidiary of a HK Group listed on the HK Stock Exchange.
Vice Chairman - Mr Heng Mok Hee, Sylvester

With a career spanning over five decades in the shipping industry and a rich history of almost 25 years with a variety of voluntary welfare organisations including the Lions, Special Olympics Singapore, the International Lutheran Seaman’s Mission and Catch Them Young, Capt.
Sylvester Heng brings with him a huge wealth of experience in both the worlds of business and charity. Also, he was the chairman of Lion Community Service Foundation from 2014-2016.
Sylvester is the founder of Regional Shipping Services, marine consultant, surveyor & shipping agent.

Secretary - Mr Saim Yeong Harng
Mr Saim has two decades of experience in consulting, banking, and venture building. He is a venture builder, advisor, mentor, and trainer. He is the former Founder & CEO of CardsPal, an institutionally-backed business venture that successfully exited in 2023.

Treasurer - Dr Koo Siaw Sing
Dr Koo is an accomplished pianist and educator, taught piano and music theory in the US and currently instructs at Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore. He's renowned for lecture-performances on Chinese piano music and international recognition at music conferences. He holds a doctorate and numerous awards, contributing to the music community.
Executive Director - Kevyn Sim

Kevyn believes in leadership driven by empathy with a dedication to inspire tangible change, aims to merge compassion with action and steer CTY towards a future where kindness and impact converges with our mission.

With over 25 years of diverse professional experience spanning the private, public, and social sectors, Kevyn has been actively engaged in advocating for social causes on local and global platforms.
Beginning his career at Nomura, Japan's largest investment bank, he transitioned to the public sector at IMDA to spearhead national digital transformation efforts for industries and capability development. Here, he advocated and brought together public, corporate and private philanthropic support to initiate a pioneering project leveraging on assistive technologies to digitise 14 SPED schools catering to students with special learning needs. Driven by a commitment to social welfare, he founded an education consulting firm in China and partnered a global non-profit to establish private schools benefiting 300 children in Fujian province's rural areas. During the Covid lockdown, he orchestrated the eKidsExcel program in Singapore, collaborating with corporate sponsors to provide online classes and e-learning resources for 110 disadvantaged children.
Kevyn holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Information Systems from the National University of Singapore and is a certified educator of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
Director - Ravi Nippani

Ravi Nippani is a Partner at Mercer, where he plays a pivotal role as a senior leader overseeing Mercer’s regional industries and solutions, including client forums across Asia. He serves as trusted advisors in Talent and Rewards, collaborating with leading global and regional clients to deliver innovative strategies and insights.

Ravi brings 20+ years of consulting and in-house experience, having collaborated with a wide range of organizations across various industries. His expertise spans from large multinational corporations to emerging pre-IPO businesses, with a focus on regions including APAC, the Middle East, Africa, and North America.
Ravi possesses extensive experience across multiple industries, with a proven track record in developing both global and local people strategies tailored to developed and emerging economies. Throughout his career, Ravi has had the privilege of working in diverse locations, including India, Singapore, South Africa, and the US.
Ravi serves as a frequent speaker and panelist on People strategies, with numerous insights shared and published in the public domain.

Ravi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and Personnel and Labor Welfare Management along with a Masters in Labor Law.
