ANNUAL REPORT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a Registered Charity, we abide by the Code of Governance issued by the Charity Council.
Guidelines are provided for issues pertaining to Board Governance, Conflict of Interest, Financial Management, Disclosure and Transparency. We are required to submit a Governance Evaluation Checklist (GEC) in accordance with the requirements of the Charity Council.
